Oxford University Spin-off OxSyBio To 3D Print Synthetic Human Tissue
A spin-off from Oxford University in England has announced that they have secured 1 million euros in funding so that they can move forward with their 3D droplet bioprinting technology.

The company looks to create synthetic tissues ranging from skin to heal wounds, to patches that could be placed on faulty organs. The technology uses liquid droplets, proteins, and a liquid membrane to produce cell like structures. Here is a picture of one of their synthetic prints:
