Conjoined Twins Separated Thanks to 3D Printing

Thirteen-month-old conjoined twins Jadon and Anais McDonald presented a huge challenge to surgeons at The Children's Hospital at Montefiore. The babies were joined at the brain in an extremely complex way, but thanks to 3D printed models and virtual planning software, the surgical team was able to plan their procedure before operating.
