Hmm, ReplicatorG is not a slicer.
Also, what is this PC, Mac Linux. Do you mean Windo$e, Mac OS (OS X), Linux?
Going to bed now, my pedantic-ism is showing.

And netfabb if also free as well as commercial.
Apparently the new commercial one is the dog's bollocks - well according to autodesk at the tct show anyway :-)
Also simplify3d is NOT proprietry, it's commercial.
It's not tied into any manufacturer or machine. You need to change that heading to Commercial or paid for.
Examples of Proprieitry slicers would be things like: Flashprint and whatever the hyrel uses. Ie, software that is specific for a particular brand of printer.

My apologies. I will change it now.
I hear that Netfabb free is no longer available since Autodesk bought Netfabb.

well I've still got the install file :-)
Also got the 2.4 32bit makerware install. Geoff's is 64bit only.
We could do with some server space to store the hard to get software.

blog post to clarify this just yesterday. It is true that there is no separate download for the Basic/free version. You download the full Netfabb version for trial, and after the 30 day trial period the functionality reduces to what you used to get with Netfabb Basic. So they say, anyway.

Thanks for clearing that up. If I recall correctly I heard ablut the end of Netfabb basic on Maker's Muse. Never used the product myself.

I am using Cura but have considered Kisslicer and Craftware before. Is there any reason to switch?
Netfabb is very useful for example for file repair and checking wall thicknesses.
I have it installed but didn't keep the installer. Can you share the install file somewhere?
