What´s wrong with this print?

Have been fiddling with the z offset trying to get a near perfect first layer but I don´t know if the z offset is to high or to low.

I´m using this http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1734347 as an example print, just printing the first layer with a brim. Don´t know what else I can adjust to get a better print???

Just from the picture it could be anything: HBP trammed incorrectly, temps incorrect, speeds incorrect, extruder not calibrated, etc...

Also agree - details. What printer, material, temps, speed etc. You probably don't need to mess with the Z offset. A level bed is the most important thing.

The brim looks OK from what we can see.

Rather than the nozzle being too close it may be the reverse. Is there an issue with the print if you don't mess with the z-offset because it does seem to be a very inconsistent extrusion.

My printer is an Tronxy i3 (p802ma) with auto leveling bed. I used pla-filament for the print, 200 c extrusion. Didn´t heat the bed since adhesion or warping isn´t an issue with such a small print. Sliced it in Cura and printed it with Repetier-host.
Might very well be an extrusion problem, any ideas how i could fix that?

I often print very close to the print bed for the first layer - this looks like your nozzle is too far away so some strands partially detach from the bed.
See if you can get your nozzle closer and get a paperthin first layer.
