A collaboration between Autodesk, Enable Community Foundation (ECF) and Voodoo Manufacturing has resulted in 750 3D prosthetic hands being made for children in need around the world. In working together, the process began as ECF delivered the designs to Voodoo Manufacturing who then 3D printed 22,500 parts. They were then shipped to 28 Autodesk offices worldwide and assembled by Autodesk employees—with a total of 6,000 volunteer hours put in. This project, part of Autodesk’s Global Month of Impact, serves as the biggest hand-drive to date. Read more at 3DPrint.com: https://3dprint.com/144996/autodesk-...-voodoo-hands/
