By far the biggest hit must be the prototyping companies. 3D printing will never interfere with injection moulding, it can't compete at any level but one off manufacturers have already been hit by it.

I personally have not used any of the small engineering companies since I got a 3d printer and that must be repeated all over the world. Admittedly those companies now have 3d printers but they have lost the customers as people make their own at home.
