American Standard continues to be recognized for their strides in using 3D metal printing for the residential DXV line of faucets. These aren’t just any old kitchen faucet though. Veritable works of art, each piece redefines the exercise of streaming water through the faucets made from metal 3D printing. The faucets are very high-end, retailing for up to $20,000 each. Just recently, they won the Platinum A' Design Award in the 3D Printed Forms and Products category for their new Shadowbrook 3D printed metal bathroom sink faucet—quite an honor as they were chosen out of the top one percent of submissions.
