    Jogging extruder doesn't work

    Hey, I'm kinda still relatively new to the whole 3d printer thing, but I just got my printer back from the repair shop but when I'm trying out the machine I can't seem to get the extruder to work: I'm pushing the manual controls for it but no spinning. Anyone got any ideas?

    Using Repetier Host on a ORD Solutions MH3000R1

    Does the extruder can not heat up or the filament can not load ?

    basically: have you pre-heated the extruder before trying to feed any plastic through ?

    Oh: hey! There we go! Thanks! Yeah, need to preheat the head first. I was trying to find the solution on here too, ORD's is kinda hard for me to navigate for some reason. Thanks a bunch!
