Researchers at HRL Sensors have published a paper in this month's issue of Science detailing a process by which they are able to 3D print ceramic materials. The ability to 3D print these materials has been confounded by the high temperatures normally required to work with them, but the innovative process developed by HRL allows them to be worked with at much lower temperatures while still producing components with all of the benefits of ceramics.
