Like i already told you, its probably one of the POTs thats giving to low voltage,

Use a multimeter and a screwdriver to adjust it, and get it around 0.389-0.4 (It should be 0.39)

Just do that for all the drivers, as thats the most healthy for your motors

    DrLuigi,

Where do you put your multimeter probes to get the stepper driver output voltage?

    OME

I would highly suggest to take a look at those stepper drivers,
As they can be a bit to much/to low.

Doing this without a multimeter is quiet bad imo,

I noticed that even the slightest turn can make 0.4-5 diffrence easily without you knowing it,

And i had skipping when i was at 0.37.
Might test later on today on a dry run if it would happen again or not.
Probably i will just keep it at Z1 and repeat x50 y50 x150 y50 and make quick squares, So i can see if it has skipped.
