    Hotend wont heat

I think I shorted something out when i was cleaning my hotend while it was heating.
I was using a wire brush to take off the plastic build up. and i saw a tiny spartk on the wires of the heating element.

now when I try to heat up the printer the bed is working like normal. but the hotend wont heat up and then the printer goes into shutdown
Im not sure what broke or needs fixing. the heating element? or something on the rambo board.

    any assistance would be appreciated.

Rambo has replaceable fuses. Based on wiki info for Rambo, you likely popped F3 that supplies power to the extruder heater and fans.

I agree with Printbus, I have encountered this similar situation before and I was able to traced my issue to a blown fuse on the rambo. Consider replacing the fuse and everything will worked as normal as they should be. Let me know if this works for you.
