    Looking for Fillament recommendation

    Good Morning all,

I am working on a part for someone and the prototype I printed out of PLA. He was going to have the parts Machined out of Aluminum, but found out the cost of getting these 6 parts made. He has asked me if I could just print the parts as he needs a set. They are going to adapt a Fuel Injection Manifold to a Carb. Head on a Porsche. The part will bolt directly to the aluminum head with a paper gasket in between. I told him if he bolted that PLA part in, it would turn to Goo. Any recommendations to anything that I could print with that would take the heat?

The first material that comes to mind, that is not a pain to print with is Taulman's Alloy 910. Tg = 90c
