Sorry, no. The only extruders that I've heard of with reliable, consistent diameter output cost too much for most home users.

So, after making a few aftermarket modifications to the extruder in the Replicator 2X and adjusting a few settings, we got it to print with the self extruded PCL like a Cadillac. We noticed that the filament really only needs to be within a +/-0.2mm tolerance for it to work. The modifications and settings seemed to be the ticket for this process. Even with defects in some areas of the filament, it still printed great.
