MQB Srl is a small Italian startup, based in Parma, in the region of Emilia-Romagna. From September27 to October18 2015, however, they are opening their doors to an international audience with a temporary office in New York City. On East 67th Street, right in the heart of Manhattan they will present their design ideas for 3D printed products. The Northern Italian startup MQB Srl is looking forward to an intense three weeks, during which they will have the opportunity to introduce the Italian approach to the usage of 3D printing and 3D printed products.

For the occasion they will present the first product, entirely conceived, designed and built by MQB: Automobile 36: a pedal car for children from 3 to 6 years.

This first product combines all values of MQB: sustainability, as it is made from cardboard and PLA which means it can be easily disposed of at the end of its life, self-construction as it is sold in a packaging which acts at the same time as part of the product and it is aimed at children, the adults of tomorrow and our future.

To explain the philosophy behind the products and the concept of MQB as well as the Italian approach to new technologies, the startup invites you to a 3D video mapping event. The event will take place on October 13 2015 at 3 pm at the Italian Trade Commission New York City Office, 33 East 67th Street, New York, NY 10065-5949.
