    FabX 2.0 3D Printer

    India-based company 3Ding has just unveiled their latest 3D printer, the FabX 2.0. Working off of the design from thier first version, the FabX, the company has added several new features including auto calibration among other things. Below are some of the general specs of this new 3D printer:

    • Build Size: 100 x 100 x 100mm
    • Print Speed: 30-100mm/sec
    • Minimum Layer Height: 50 microns
    • Nozzle Diameter: 0.4mm

    looks nice - but 4inch square build volume ?
    That's just too small.

    6 inch square would be my minimum requirement for any desktop 3d printer.
