Makerbot 5th gen Z18 Internal Disconnect error

The week of the printer being a p.i.t.a. This time I plugged my flash drive in mid print (which we've done many times before) and it shot up the error below. Had to totally cycle the power, and was of course unable to resume the print. I noticed after that when i went to plug in my flash drive again the screen flickered pretty badly.

I would strongly recommend for you to open a case at makerbot.com/support. In the mean time please reset your printer to factory settings and re-flash your firmware.
