With their new 3DPlus2, Michigan-based Sintercore firm says they've created an ammunition magazine extension in collaboration with Eric Mutchler (the creator of the Solid Concepts 1911, a 3D printed metal handgun) which uses a carbon-filled nylon material. Sintercore says their design is ergonomically correct, easy to install, and no screws or fasteners are needed to install the device.
