UK-based maker Damian Axford wanted to share his childhood model rocket memories with his own children (ages five and seven) and so he designed a customizable, modular 3D printed rocket that runs on a B-class engine. This rocket design is launched using air compression from a cheap garden pressure sprayer hose with the spray tip removed. The test flights he's done show the rockets' power, as Axford has them flying hundreds of feet per launch. Another great feature is the rocket design can be modified in almost unlimited ways. A perfect Independence Day weekend 3D printing project to try outside at home! Additional details on this 3D printed rocket can be found here: http://3dprint.com/78858/3d-printed-rocket
