Nazmul Azim Khan, a second-year student in the Computation Design Program at the University of New South Wales used Rhino3D and Grasshopper to create the parametric scripts for a spider-jointed panel system. The ability to rapidly prototype allowed him to ensure the feasibility and precision of the models he created. Now, he is working with the Computational Design Society, of which he is president, to create a full scale installation of the system adapted to a particular installation space.
