Maker Studio Construction Sets - 3D Printing and Education all in One

Kids and adults alike should have a blast with the variety of projects and challenges offered in the 3D Printed Maker Studios Construction Sets, which come in three different kits. Available on Amazon with the parts ready-made, parents and kids can also take on the option of downloading files from Thingiverse and making everything on their own--from the Macaroni Race Car to the Potato Chip Chopper. Each set, three in all, offers four different designs for making 3D printed constructions. Check them out in the full article: http://3dprint.com/66178/makerstudio-construction-sets/

All of the Thingiverse and PDF links don't work.

MakerBot and ThinkFun have launched their Maker Studio Construction Sets, and now they are also sponsoring a "Kids Make It Challenge" so young makers have a place to post their creations and possibly get some recognition as a Master Maker as well. All you have to do is post photos of your creations on Twitter or Instagram by July 14, 2015, and the winners will be announced July 28, 2015 on the MakerBot blog. So, hold on to those cans, mac-n-cheese and Kleenex boxes: you just might need these everyday household items as this great new educational project is now a challenge for kids to see just what they can make with these nifty new Construction Sets!
