    Replicator mini stuck filament

    Hi guys

    My mini replicator stopped during a print. i try to unload it and reload the filament, it seem the filament is stuck inside the extruder. Is anyone can encounter this issue before?

    Hi there
    you will have to clean your extruder.
    In order to do that you have to open extruder and pull out clogged filament.
    If you are not sure how to do that you better take extruder to Makerbot Service center.
