We've all seen some pretty incredible stories related to 3D printing and animals. This story may take the cake as it serves two awesome purposes. A second grade class in Ostego, Michigan has 3D printed a leg for a tiny little chick. The chick, named Fighter, had trouble walking on a gimp leg it was born with. The students used a ROBO 3D printer to print out several versions of the leg before finally getting one which worked well. The chick is now able to walk on its own.
