FLEKS3D and Prints not sticking to the build plate

Hi,
I am just wondering if anyone has any experience with this (FLEKS3D) or other similar build plates for the Makerbot Fifth Gen printer. I live in a cold/dry environment, and while it is a steady 24 degrees Celsius (little higher then room temp) in my condo I have issues with my 3d prints leaving the build plate and curling causing the smart extruder to Jam. To further the problems I have a need to print with 100% infill. Is this product or any other product likely to work for my situation? What would you suggest?

Also what about auqa net hairspray? Does this work with a non-heated build platform of the makerbot fifth gen?
