HotEnd Works and Benjamin Becker are up to something which could change the way we manufacture with advanced materials for good. The company has unveiled a new 3D printer called the HDfab which they expect to launch sometime in the beginning of next year. The machine, which will be priced around $55,000, uses a patent pending technology that Becker and company have developed called Pressurized Spray Technology (PSD). This allows the HDfab machine to fabricate objects using materials such as alumina, zirconia, tungsten carbide, and more. The printer will have a build envelope of 8 inches cubed, and be capable of dispensing material at 2.5 cc/min. More details on this new machine by HotEndWorks and the PSD technology can be found here: http://3dprint.com/60170/hdfab-3d-printer-psd
