Vertical banding / ripples on Prints

I have managed to resolve most of the issues with my printer - levelled frame, tightened everything up, however doing so has introduced a new problem as per the pic.

I now appear to have vertical banding / ripples on my prints. The belts have been tightened.
Any idea what could be causing the issue ?

Are you referring to the very faint stripes, running from bottom to top of the pic? Are they running in the Z axis relative to the print bed? Are they just cosmetic or a physical aberration in the print? My initial response would be it would have to do with where the infill patterns contact the outside surfaces. How thick are the walls, and do they change with different infill %'s and patterns?

They are running X axis and are merely cosmetic. Im printing again with thicker walls as your are probably right with the infill pattern

Ah, if it's the top surface, then it's very much the infill pattern showing through. If it doesn't affect the item functionally, don't worry about it.
