New version of openscad ! If you haven't checked recently - download the new version

    OpenSCAD version 2015.03
    Is now out.

And they've really rung the changes. A proper pick a file menu to open with. Then some real changes in the layout.

All lines are numbered - which seems odd at first but is useful and you get used to it pretty quick.
Apparently there's a new 2d text command (presumably you can extrude it into 3d text)

The best improvement I've seen so far is with the curly brackets '{'

Click on one and it immediately highlights it and also it's partner. Now that's bloody useful !

Doesn't seem to render any faster, and it's stopped telling you how long a render took. Which was useful.

The model display view now has fully scaleble measuring scales in all directions. That's very cool.

But major overhaul and a lot of new stuff that's also good.
    Check it out !

I just discovered the folding editor bar on the left to allow you to close thing that are finished. I love folding editors, I used to use them when programming Transputers many years ago (1980s) and haven't really seen one since.

Just wish it wouldn't crash if you have lots of bits in your model :-(
