German designer Johanna Gieseler has designed not only an aesthetically pleasing 3D printed prosthetic for kids — which is important for children — but also one that is affordable, customizable, and highly functional for activities like eating, writing, and bike riding. The 3D printed prosthetics will be shown at the Ventura Lambrate exhibition in April during Milan Design Week 2015.
