    ABS recycling

Any good links on recycling your failed prints and scrap into new filament?

What grinders or shredders do people use?

I have a lot of prints that I don't give a hoot about color, so I'm going to be just mixing the colors into some random weirdness.

My intention is to collect my most used colors (white, black, clear) and mix the others. Then eventually get a grinder and an extruder. I doubt I will use this homemade filament as a primary prodcution filament but I see no reason it can't be loaded in a second extruder head and be used for fill or support material on the cheap.

I had in mind to cast ABS by using a mix of acetone. Since ABS is quite flexible when hardens, it might be good use to mold at low temperature.
