Crytek's video game series, Crysis, is a big hit among fans -- including Rashin Al-Haqbany, from Bahrain. Al-Haqbany has impressive experience with 3D printing, and decided to use his MakerBot Replicator 2 to create an action figure of the Nanosuit popular in the game, from the character The Prophet. He downloaded a model to use, then enlarged it to create just the dimensions he wanted for his figure. Each of the 7 pieces of the design took him about 20 minutes to prepare, then around 6-10 hours to print. Al-Haqbany printed the pieces using black filament he'd ordered from China, then painted them with a silver paint marker.
