    simplify3d has a built in utility to produce stl from this kind of file.
    But heh, you're covered :-)

    3dp rocks standardly makes the photo negative. (which in my opinion, you don't want). I always use www.itslitho.com for making these. You get a direct preview of what your design would look like, very handy!
