Thank you for reply. So basically ABS prints will be stronger? So it is better to use ABS?

A steel girder is stronger than mild steel plate so it is better to make cars out of steel girders.

Only if you need a very strong car.

It depends entirely on what you are doing as to which is the better. I never use PLA because everything I have made so far I want to be structural in one way or another.

I'm a heavy PLA user, just for toxicity reasons. Printing ABS in my small workshop tends to makes me nauseous. Like Mjolinor said, its better to choose the right material needed for the job at hand.

PLA is easier for beginners : less warp to your prints makes the learning curve less frustrating.

I have found that ABS makes stronger objects but PLA objects have smoother, cleaner sides and look better. In addition, all of the PLA filament I have bought (5 reels) have much more vibrant colors than the corresponding ABS. I make objects to look nice and to give away so I primarily use PLA.
