    How to improve Bridging?

So I finally got my I3V 12' printing nicely for the exception of bridging. I am using Simplify3D with pretty much standard settings. Besides adding a cooling fan, what settings should i be tweaking to improve the bridging. Right now any distance of bridge just droops down. I have .4 Hex head ..printing with 3mm filament.

Here are some examples of my regular prints that dont require bridging.

    Add printbus on Thingiverse
Glad to hear you got the printer finished. Pretty impressive print(s).

There's some bridging info for S3D in the Simplify3D thread.

Thanks Printbus! Yea the prints are looking sweet now. That vase as printed with the hi res settings in S3D and its about 10 inches high in PLA. Even my ABS is sticking and not warping anymore...while just using hairspray!!
But the bridging and top layers seem to be a little messed up...top layers sometimes leave small "burn holes" across the surface.

Ok added the Print Cooling Fan and just the default settings in S3D..and i would say it was a 110% improvement from the part on the left in the pic to the part on the right. The middle print was done by adjusting the bridge settings in S3D with no fan.
