It all boils down to if you are trying to print out footballs or chess pieces.

Print time is only really accelerated on tall (Z) prints.

I believe this issue stems from the difference of using PLA or ABS. (Slic3r mentions how constant cooling is harmful for ABS)

I am having major vibration issues with one of my Replicator 2's. It is one of the newer machines that they made (using older stock as was explained to me), and my older machine doesn't have this...

It would appear that printing planets too fast leaves them full of holes... I'll stick to Makerware on that one...
