Has anyone any experience with the Wanhao I3 Duplicator ?
I'm looking for a second 3D printer and wondered if anyone has used one or seen the print quality output.

They are running X axis and are merely cosmetic. Im printing again with thicker walls as your are probably right with the infill pattern

I have managed to resolve most of the issues with my printer - levelled frame, tightened everything up, however doing so has introduced a new problem as per the pic.

Quick question......

Would there be a noticeable difference in final print quality if printing at 0.1mm between using 0.4, 0.35 and 0.3mm nozzles ?

So I've just spent 3 hours tweaking my printer so that I can use a fixed bed instead of having to adjust the bed height with springs etc.

The bed and hot plate should move along the axis freely without sticking - i.e should be free to move. I was stating this to try and eliminate movement along the axis as a possible issue.

just wondered what tolerances people accept - ive just printed a 10 x 10 x 10mm cube at 0.1mm and it measures 9.99 x 10.09 x 10.03mm using calipers.

Would this be classed as near as dammit or do...

I only really put a thin layer down and have bed levelled before and after on many occasions - ive even purchase a dial guage to assist.
