I found the error. They tighten the screw too much. There was a short between the thermistor cable and the hotend.
Now is everything perfekt. Thanks.

Hi,

I've changed my Hotend to a E3D Clone. The Dokumentation says the thermistor is a 100K NTC B 3950.
So I changed in Marlin to TEMP_SENSOR 11. Unfortunately Marlin displays me now a Hotend...
