In auto scan could have an option whether you would like to clean up between scans or complete without cleaning.... :)

As far i can see the scan in the middle looks nice.

You are correct your first scan looks better.
In my case with the lights on i had more blur but there were details in the colors that was not shown before.
After talking to Alfred about color...

Calibrate white balance with the room lights closed and then scan with the room lights on.
That way on my items , i had better details on the...

I tried 10-12 scans today but i had no quality result.
I did reset white balance many times.
My best scan was in free mode , the closest i could to the object with the room lights off .......

The focus of one of the cameras is not correct, meaning that i'm not getting correct scan data ???

I did auto align that worked like a charm , but i also saved the .asc files in case i needed them.
How can i do the alignment manually with .asc files ??? is...

Yesterday i got my scanner too ! 3rd batch.
Here is a scan i did this morning.
Freescan mode total 57 scans, took me about an hour+
all scans were auto aligned perfectly.
