East 3d gecko core xy 3d printer kit

While searching the Internet for large 3D printers, I found EAST 3D GECKO CORE XY 3D PRINTER KIT and I'm not sure about buying it because it looks like it's hard to assemble. I also found FlyingBear TORNADO Full Metal DIY 3D Printer Kit which may be easier to assemble than the other one. Which one?

of the two i'd probably go for the flyingbear corexy.
The fixed bed is an interesting idea
