Extruder issue, not the usual stuff..

Hello!
I have a Finder that has got some issue with the extruder.
The weird thing is that it isn’t a jam.
I have a soft filament that Ive been running for a while making stuff, which works great, can’t go to fast or there will be a jam.
But this is different.
I have been running hard filament through at different temperatures trying to flush out if there is something within the head itself, but without luck.
What happens is that the soft filament runs through for some centimeters then get stuck.Rins and repeat and its stuck again.

I have disassembled the feeding mechanism and cleaned it with alcohol.But there doesn’t seem to be any visible issue.

Is it possible to make moore tension on the spring that pushes the roll onto the bearing?
Any suggesitions? Thanks!
