Right here is where we hit the problems.
What you have there is a flat 2 dimensional picture.
You could print it out on glossy photo paper, glue that to a barrel, and cover that with your resin before turning. That would look pretty good.
What you do not have is a 3d printable model.
Also the vast majority of 3d prints are monochrome - bicolor at best.
Turning a full color 2d photo into a printable monochrome model is ridiculously complicated and requires someone with a lot more artistic talent than I have.

The old Zcorp software [now 3DSystems] allowed you to wrap a colour image around a part and print in full colour [in gypsum]
Several software packages have the feature to create a 3D relief from a 2D image. You can then wrap that mesh around a fixed diameter.

but to create the 3d relief from a full colour 2d photo, needs special software and you do it by hand. You can automatically create a 3d relieaf based on depth fields applied to different colours, but it's not easy or automatic.
