Hot end replacement?

Long story short, I need a new nozzle and PTFE tube and hot end for the CTC. Before I email that company and buy whatever cheap knockoff they sell me, does anybody know of a better, maybe all metal hot end setup that will work on this CTC printer? I also need to know the correct size of this PTFE tube. It's smaller than the ones on my Flashforge. Thanks!

I might not sure of the tube size.
On Amazon I ordered an entire new unit like this, that way I have all the parts I need. Lots of parts for the money here.

1.75 inside diameter, and 3mm outside diameter for the PTFE tubing.
