Layers overlapping or missing on Creator Pro (PowerSpec 3D Pro)

Hello everyone,

Since I got this printer about a week ago, I am having difficulty solving the problem of overlapping layer or missing layer in any of my models.

I don't know where to start looking at, this printer is a PowerSpec 3D Pro Printer and I bought it Open Box from Microcenter for a very good price.

I included several pictures of the layers problem, other than the layer problem...it works almost perfectly!

I am printing in PLA at a temperature range of 190C-195C and heat bed that came with the yellow film at 60C.

I use an external desk fan to blow on the object to prevent warping.

I use ReplicatorG as my software, my configuration was set at:

Object infill (%) = 10
Layer Height (mm) = 0.2
Number of shells: = 2
Feedrate (mm/s) = 50
Travel Feedrate = 80
Print temperature = 195C
Bed temperature 60C

Plastic -> Filament Diameter (mm) = 1.75
--------------------------------
Extruder -> Nozzle Diameter (mm) = 0.4
