Electroplating a 3D Printed Helmet Replica

So I spent several months experiementing (and frustrating myself :P) with a lot of different processes trying to electroplate 3D prints. I started with graphite, which is cheap and easy for small prints, but takes forever to plate on larger prints. I finally found a few things to use that worked great. There's this stuff called Super Shield Nickel Conductive coating. Its basically spray paint. They make small jars of paint using the same stuff. I used it on some small prints I made of some apple accessories and they came out great!

The helmet was printed on my Flashforge Creator Pro in about 14 pieces and glued together. I sanded the print down, used filler, sanded that, then sprayed it with the nickel and sanded that too to get it smooth. After that I used an electroplating kit to plate with copper and polished it.
