Really need help with this Printing Issue!.

I am new to 3D printing and I noticed in my latest print that it looks like it skipped a few layer(Image Below). I am using the FlashForge Finder printer with the FlashForge software(settings shown below). Thank you very much for the help. Really sorry about the bad quality,
