constant bed leveling and now no filament coming out during print?

HI again guys,

After trying to use glow in the dark filament last night through ReplicatorG and failing because I don't know how to lower the temperature on the buildplate, I went back to the blue PLA that came with the printer to make something as I know how that works. I constantly have to level the build plate and now after loads of success last night, the screws are all the way in and its still touching the extruder!? No idea whats going on as it seems to sort itself randomly. Also, filmanet comes through when i unload the extruder but not for the print. Temperatures are all fine as far as i can see too and the filament extrudes when its heating. Could this be a RepG issue I've created from messing about last night to get the other filament working?
