Creality Ender 3 Max Neo Will not boot

Hello Forum, I'm posting on behalf of my Makerspace. Brand: Creality Model: Ender 3 Max Neo Problem: When the printer is powered on, It freezes at the Creality splash screen. What We've done so far.

• - Removed connections to the Octoprint that we use as a controller.
• - Attempted to update firmware for the main board a couple of times following instructions.
• - Attempted to update firmware of the board under the display a couple of times.

Questions:

• - Are there any other troubleshooting tricks we could try?
• - Is this the symptom of a failed display or main board?
