Damage Control Creates 3D Printed Mouthguards

Damage Control CEO and Co-Founder Delano Romero was motivated to come up with a better process for oral digital imaging after his own experience at the orthodontist’s office. With 3Shape Lab Scanning equipment and 3D printing technology from EnvisionTEC, they are able to cut out the dentist’s visit altogether in the process for making mouthguards. This is due to the self impression kit system they are able to offer to customers. Romero sees 3D printing as significantly improving the mouthguard creation process for his customers.
