BREAKING - Avi Recihental Steps Down as CEO of 3D Systems

3D Systems announced today that Avi Reichental, who has served as the company's President and CEO for 12 years, has stepped down, effective as of the end of business on Wednesday, October 28th. A decision made "by mutual agreement with the Company's Board of Directors," the move is leading to an immediate search for a new permanent President and CEO. Serving in the interim will be 3DS' Chief Legal Officer Andrew Johnson, with Charles Hull stepping in to chair the Executive Management Committee. Also serving on the Executive Management Company will be Mark Wright, COO, and David Styka, CFO.
