Visijet S100 - Cheating company aeirotec.com

I am in need of Visijet S100 material and when I search google I find this company aeirotec.com and contacted company by email. One Mr. Bima Sanjaya reply. He quote price and I transfered funds. After he receive funds, he says I need to send more US$250 for him to send material. I said, whatever we agreed I transferred. I am not transfering anymore. He did not send me material. This company is cheat. It should be blacklisted.
Please inform all others about this cheat company.

What was the explanation for the need of additional funds? Was it possibly the shipping charge?

Payment I made was including shipping charges. It was all agreed before I transfer funds. This company and his owner is a Cheat scam.
