Flam3D Launches Family of the Future Project

Flanders is a region in Belgium that has been increasing its focus on 3D printing and collaboration to drive industrial growth. Flam3D, a nonprofit that works with around 70 businesses and research organizations, is spearheading the new Family of the Future Project. The project is a collaborative effort on a major scale, as 29 organizations are working together to demonstrate realizable value in 3D printing possible today. Working with 91 objects created using 14 different 3D printing technologies, the project is seeking to enhance understanding.
