Issue with the PLA printing quality

Hello everyone, I am trying to print a vase with my flashforge dual extruder. I have printed this before and it came out neat and clean. Now I am trying to print the same vase with the same PLA material and same maker-bot software that I have used to make x3g, but for some reason, the layers do not sit aligned on each other and I see a lot of bumps. Please see and compare the images. My guess is there is something in the setting that I am missing to adjust correctly. Has anyone see this before or know how to resolve it. I appreciate your help in advance.
